Balling on a budget. Looking to make a nutritious meal and get jacked, but your working with a stiff budget? This chili recipe is perfect for you.
There are multiple benefits to making chili, not only is it cheap to make but you can make it in bulk and it packs a huge amount of nutrient.  The Total cost of this chili recipe is about 10 dollars and makes 4-6 servings

The chili recipe I recommend comes from food.com and was posted by Lucid501,
What you’ll need, 1lb extra lean ground beef, 1⁄2 cup chopped onion, 1garlic clove, finely chopped, 1(14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained, 1(8 ounce) can tomato sauce, 1tablespoon chili powder, 3⁄4teaspoon ground cumin, 1⁄4teaspoon salt, 1⁄4teaspoon pepper, 1(15 -16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained or 1 (15 -16 ounce) can pinto beans, if desired

“Cook beef, onion and garlic in 3 qt saucepan until beef is brown.
Stir in remaining ingredients except beans.
Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Stir in beans. Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low.
Simmer uncovered about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until desired thickness.

To freeze for OAMC: Let chili cool to room temperature and then place into quart-size freezer bag. Remove air and freeze flat on a cookie sheet. Once frozen, can be stored in freezer standing up or stacked horizontally.
To serve, thaw in fridge overnight and then transfer to a pot and reheat over medium low heat until heated through.” One of my favorite things about any chili recipe is you can easily add variations to make it more to your liking. If you want more spice throw some jalapenos or hot sauce in it. If you want some more seasoning throw it on. You can easily make this nutrient packed muscle building meal the way you want.
